It is most important to remember your video or online course requires commitment and responsibility for your own learning. Just as an "in-person" class requires full participation, so does an online or video course. Come prepared to learn, and show courtesy to your instructors and classmates as you all interact in the class.

In preparation for the semester, read the information links.

• Know the location and hours of the Distance Education Testing Center for tests and exams.
  
• Refer to Important Dates for semester milestones
  
• Read your syllabus refer to your syllabus for attendance policy: you are required to log in according to your instructor’s schedule. Vidcocourse instructors will specify on the course syllabus the method of communication for the semester. Instructors may use WebCT or CampusCruiser.
  
• Purchase textbook and related materials
  
• Complete Student Contract
  
• Find your WebCT username and password
  
• Find your CampusCruiser username and password Usernames and passwords are activated a few days before the first day of class, or within 24 hours of late registration.
