Reserves Request Form

At the request of an instructor, the Library will set aside materials for use by students for loan periods designated by the instructor. For materials already owned by the Library, simply complete and submit the request form below. (To determine whether or not the GTC Library holds a particular item, please consult the online catalog or call 250-8319 for assistance.) For any personal materials that you would like to place on reserve, please submit the request form, which will prompt you to complete the fields pertaining to personal items. For items you would like the Library to purchase, you will be prompted to submit the Acquisition request form. In all instances, the Library will place the items on reserve and notify you when they are ready for use. For any additional questions, please call 250-8602 or email Reserves.
