The purpose of the site is to respond to Admission and Academic Advising questions from an online academic advisor. Availability of the advisor is 10:00 am -12:00 pm Monday – Friday and 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday.

· Click the Online Advisor button at the bottom of the page

· Click the participant login and choose the option to enter your name (no username and password is required). 

· Important to Note: You may be prompted to run a task wizard to determine if the settings on your computer are compatible with the advising room.  Once you enter the chat room, you will see one of two images listed below.

The first image indicates that the online academic advisor is available to speak or chat.

The second and final image indicates that the online academic advisor is unavailable.
